韓冰教授

 韓冰,男,1975年11月生,工學(xué)博士,教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。2006年4月開(kāi)始在日本埼玉工業(yè)大學(xué)攻讀博士學(xué)位,專(zhuān)門(mén)對(duì)空化水噴丸這一技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,在空化水噴丸工藝對(duì)金屬零部件疲勞性能及裂紋生長(zhǎng)規(guī)律的影響、對(duì)微細(xì)表面的強(qiáng)化能力、對(duì)金屬材料近表面層微觀(guān)組織結(jié)構(gòu)的影響、對(duì)金屬材料近表面層殘余應(yīng)力的改善等方面積累了大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù);特別是用原位觀(guān)察的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法首先觀(guān)測(cè)到近表層中孿晶、位錯(cuò)等微觀(guān)組織結(jié)構(gòu)演化規(guī)律,該成果為探索殘余應(yīng)力的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理及對(duì)零部件的強(qiáng)韌化機(jī)理提供了有力的依據(jù);對(duì)空化水噴丸工藝誘導(dǎo)的壓縮殘余應(yīng)力場(chǎng)分布的有限元模擬積累了部分有價(jià)值的數(shù)據(jù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。主要研究成果在《Applied Surface Science》、《Materials and Design》、《Journal of Materials Processing Technology》等雜志發(fā)表論文10余篇,其中SCI收錄4篇, 全部被EI收錄;獲得國(guó)家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利1項(xiàng);獲2007年度日本埼玉工業(yè)大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)論文獎(jiǎng)一次;于2009年3月獲日本埼玉工業(yè)大學(xué)物質(zhì)科學(xué)工學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)博士學(xué)位;2009年獲遼寧省博士科研啟動(dòng)基金資助;2010年獲遼寧省教育廳重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室項(xiàng)目資助;2011年獲教育留學(xué)回國(guó)人員科研啟動(dòng)基金資助;2011年獲得遼寧省教育廳高等學(xué)校優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目資助;2010年度、2011年度連續(xù)兩屆獲得遼寧省自然科學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)(論文類(lèi));2015年度獲遼寧省科技進(jìn)步三等獎(jiǎng)、鞍山市科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng);2016年度榮獲鞍山市科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)。
